When is the best time for a 3D/4D ultrasound?
The ideal window is between 26 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. During this time, the baby has developed enough facial features and there is typically enough amniotic fluid to get clear images.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Baby To Bee LLC is an elective ultrasound studio, so a referral is not required. However, you must be under the care of an OB/GYN or midwife for your prenatal care to visit us. Provider information will be requested and verified.
How many guests can I bring to my session?
We welcome you to bring your honey's favorite people! Our studio comfortably accommodates your partner, children, and immediate family members so everyone can share in the joy. Seating available and well as standing room.
Preparing for my ultrasound
Hydration is key! Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your scan. This helps ensure clear amniotic fluid, which is essential for capturing high-fidelity 3D and 4D images.Â
Cancelations and Refund Policy?
24 Hours' notice is required for all cancelations or appointment changes. Â

Cancelations made at least 24 hours before your appointment may receive a full refund minus $5.00 processing
fee.

Cancelations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as missed appointments are subject to a $35.00 non-refundable cancellation fee. The $35.00 will be deducted from any eligible funds.

Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice without a cancellation fee.
Important Information
Baby to bee provides ultrasound services in accordance with applicable Illinois laws and professional standards. Elective ultrasound services are not a substitute for medical care, prenatal care, diagnostic testing, or evaluation by your healthcare provider. When required by law or based on the type and purpose of the examination, I may need to refer your elective ultraasound findings to your provider.
